Cottages for rent. Rent Cabin in Kawarths pristine swimming water @ $380 week or $80 night, Great ATVing

This Kawartha's waterfront guest cabin is located on our personal property about 2 hours from the GTA and prime time summer rental is $430 a week or Mid season at $380 a week (see price schedule above for shorter stay and pricing details). The 1 bedroom fully equipped guest cabin can sleep up to 5 and is on beautiful Lake which is part of a 5 lake chain that is known for it's ideal conditions of weed free water that is great for swimming, water sports and boating (see below for boats included in rental price). The waterfront has a gradual shallow entry with a sandy bottom which is good for kids and the dock has deep clean water great for swimming. The dock is a large size that is great for hanging out and enjoying a cold one, or just sit and enjoy fishing for Bass and watch the boats go by. This is a great area to explore by canoe or boat as the landscape is beautiful with it's granite outcroppings and abundance of crown lands. We are located by the entrance to the 5 points trail system were you can ATV or 4 wheel right from your doorstep we also supply a hose for washing your ATV at the end of the day. The trails are a great place to hike or take your dog for a walk in the woods and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The heated cabin has a small bedroom which has a double bed with a single bed on top.  The combo living room/kitchen has a futon couch which folds out to a double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with household items for cooking and includes a kitchen sink with hot and cold running water, a small fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot,  kettle, and gas BBQ. The cabin also has a CD player, DVD player, Satellite T.V. The bathroom has a environmentally friendly composting toilet and a separate shower area. You also have use of a screen room located off the main cottage overlooking the waterfront which is a nice area to hang out and has a patio table and chairs with an additional full size fridge for your use. There are two fire pit areas one by the waterfront and one located on the dock and firewood is included.

Included in your rental is use of a dock, canoe, kayak, paddle boat, and row boat (if you have your own small outboard motor bring it and you have your own power boat.) We also include dock space for your personal boat if you choose to bring your own boat or rent one from the local Marina. We even consider allowing the family pet to come on your vacation free of charge. The guest cabin is set about 70 feet from the waterfront and included is use of our hot tub that sits at the waters edge. There is a Marina within 2 minutes (Baldwin Bay Marina) which rents boats, and is handy for picking up supplies or going for a ice cream in the paddle boat. 

We are located about 30 min from Bobcaygeon and Buckhorn and 15 min to Gooderham. The cabin is easy to find as it is within minutes of a county road and is located in a small community of about 10 local cottagers who access their cottages using a mutual driveway and the cabin is the 2 cottage from the end. The cottagers in this neighborhood are very friendly and active as a community and love their cottage life where family and friends come together and have a good time, so if you are looking for an inexpensive vacation with lots of cottage fun and maybe meet some new friendly faces this might just be the place to go.
