Cottage Overview:Secluded direct lakefront cottage facing west from Roches Point ontoCooks Bay Lake Simcoe. The living room is only 15' from the waters edge you can hear the water day and night. There are 2 huge decks upper and lower that are right on the waters edge. Just bring food & personal items, linens, dishes, cutlery, gas barbeque, tv / dvd player, wireless internet, and canoe included. Private sand beach with dock. Boat rentals close by. Fish, ski, skinny dip or relax from the dock. We are 45 minutes from Toronto, 1 hour from Toronto's Pearson Airport and 20 minutes from Newmarket. The Ice Palace is less than 10 minutes awy and the Orchard Beach restaurant is within walking distance.
