Ultimate multifamily – kid friendly get away!!!!  Lots of room to vacation together but still have your own private space.  This large spotless 4 bedroom cottage also comes with a SANDY, child friendly beach with a gradual slope out to your own private swim raft.  The cottage is equipped with 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dinning and living room areas.  Add to this a large screened in porch that steps out onto a 16’ x 32’ deck.  All this is located on beautiful Mink Lake which gives you lots of nature as it is surrounded by crown land and great fishing.  The cottage has southeast exposure which means sun first thing in the morning and lasts all day.  Both kitchens come complete with microwaves, coffee makers and more, both living rooms are large and come with a great view of the lake.  There are 2 bedrooms equipped with one queen bed each, 2 bedrooms equipped with a set of bunk beds each,  room off of games room also comes with double bed and 2 twin beds, each living room has a double futon.  ALL mattresses and pillows are NEW in 2008. (blankets supplied)  Down at the beach you have a large fire pit (bring your own firewood) along with a nice long dock, swim raft, paddleboat and 2 canoes.  When not down at the water there is still lots to do.  This cottage comes with badminton, volleyball, horseshoe pits, basketball net, 2 satellite TV’s, 2 DVD players, dart board, air hockey/pool table, games, colouring books, puzzles, and more.  There is also a rowing machine and treadmill in the games room.  The cottage is a fully winterized home away from home.  The ATV and snowmobile trails are 500’ up the road.  Close enough to be handy but far enough way for no noise. (MLSS #178 trail)  The colours in the fall are beautiful. 

Services:  2 full kitchens (one with dishwasher), 2 – 4 pc bathrooms, 1 – 3pc bathroom, 2 - TVs with satellite, 2 – DVD players,  propane BBQ,  picnic table – adults, picnic table – child size, patio furniture, lounge chairs, clothes line, paddle boat, 2 canoes, fire pit, swim raft, games room, 2 electric forced air furnaces, 2 fireplaces and more.  There is a phone in the cottage but NO long distance calls are allowed.  Cell phone usage is there but limited.  The drinking water is from a DRILLED well and was tested in June 2008 as good to drink. (drink at own risk, but owners do drink it)

Amenities:  garbage pickup, 9 mins to Maynooth, 5 mins from variety store, 30 mins from Algonquin park, 35 mins to Bancroft, 6.5 kms to restaurant, 6 kms to public laundry facilities, 45 kms to golfing.  Also close by is horseback riding, bird watching, mineral collecting, fall studio tours, and fall colour tours. 

Sleeps 10 - 12 max

One dog allowed (MUST be kept in the basement games room or in back room – not allowed inside the main cottage)

Linens are not available (only pillows and blankets are supplied)

Peak Season  -  Saturday to Saturday  $2,300 per week
