Cottage Overview:Desirably situated on the main part of the lake, closest to Toronto, with stunning unobstructed six-mile view down the lake. This is an uncrowded and peaceful location. Features 200 ft. lakefront with a large solid crib dock. A four person inclined lift, newly installed, makes the trip from the cottage to the waterfront effortless and accessible to all. There are 5 bedrooms contained in 2 separate, self-contained cottages – perfect for entertaining guests, accommodating larger families, or for a shared family compound. The main cottage is a split level, with cathedral ceilings and large windows to enjoy the view. It features solid oak and maple floors throughout, spiral staircase, stucco walls, skylights, ceiling fans in all rooms, a stone fireplace, and a generous cedar deck. The second cottage is steps away, and features pine floors, stucco walls, spectacular vista, a second kitchen and a spacious screened Muskoka room. Lake of Bays features exceptional swimming, boating & fishing, as well as abundant family activities.
